Are walk-in patients accepted at your locations?
We do accept Walk-In Patients. However we highly recommend booking an appointment prior for the best experience as we cannot guarantee no wait time on walk-in patients. Appointment patients are prioritized.
What are your working hours?
Our offices are open Monday to Friday from 9AM - 4PM and on Saturdays from 9AM - 12PM.
Do you work on weekends?
Our offices are open on Saturdays from 9AM - 12PM and closed on Sundays.
What are the cost of your services?
Many of our services offered vary in costs. We recommend getting in touch with us via WhatsApp or Inbox us on Facebook if you'd like to know the cost of a service prior to booking a consultation appointment.
Can I pay via debit/credit card?
Yes, you can pay via any major local debit/credit card.
Do you accept insurance cards?
We accept Demerara Mutual cards. For other insurance companies, we offer post claim whereby we'll prepare the necessary forms for you to submit to the organization/agency to be reimbursed.
